Coach Earl Watson
Earl is a veteran triathlon and swim coach with over 25 years experience working with athletes of all levels from triathletes to masters swimmers to open water newcomers. His coaching is focused on the domino effects of technique work. Better technique makes for better workouts which ultimately leads to a faster time at your goal event.
Earl was the Global Head of Coaching and Training for Ironman and the Director of Education for USA Triathlon, where he oversaw all athlete and coaching development. He was the Founder and Head Coach of Tailwind Endurance and TriLife, two of New York's preeminent Triathlon Clubs. Earl has coached thousands of athletes to their own finish lines and atop the podiums of the world's most challenging endurance races including the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii.
